So often I hear people ask me what makes Clean N’ Green different from every other cleaning company in Northern Colorado? Are we greener? Cleaner? Cheaper? More Experienced? More Educated? A question that is not easy to answer. What I have I come to find as I have gotten to know many of my competitors is that there are many good cleaning companies out there, many with much more experience than Clean N’ Green. Some share the same values and devotion to “green cleaning” that Clean N’ Green does, some are cheaper, and some are much more expensive. Some have exceptional customer service, and some…..well don’t. But what I think truly defines Clean N’ Green, and our difference in the market is the ability to learn, adapt, change, and grow.
Throughout Clean N’ Green, we carry a mantle that things can always be done better. While our goal is to infuse and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time we visit a client, we realize that in every visit, there is an opportunity to learn something, and to do it better next time. Clean N’ Green embrace’s the fact that we are a young and growing company, and that there will be challenges, set-backs, and failures, and in those experiences, we can learn to be a better company, to provide a better service, and to ultimately be the very best at what we do.
Because we realize that no company, cleaning or otherwise, is infallible, Clean N’ Green has set in place an atmosphere and methodology that continually allows us to “fail-forward.” We don’t condone failure, or poor performance, but we recognize that it is human nature to be imperfect, and that occasionally people will make mistakes, and accordingly, we must make those mistakes right, and adjust ourselves as an organization so that we don’t repeat those mistakes. Most importantly, we must take care of the customer, because if we don’t, someone else will.
All companies want to make the customer happy, or at least they should. And many strive valiantly to do this. At Clean N’ Green, our goal is to make you happy the first time, and every time, but if for some reason that doesn’t happen, you can have the utmost confidence that Clean N’ Green will make the situation right. You will have ease of accessibility to individuals willing to do what it takes to make the situation right, and do what it takes to ensure your satisfaction in the future.
When you choose Clean N’ Green, you truly have a partner, we want to work with you, not just for you to fulfill your needs. Clean N’ Green will do everything in our power to create the perfect win-win agreement, a factor that is of paramount importance in our industry. Underbidding work, going with the cheapest option available is always a recipe for disaster in our industry. Quality will always inevitably suffer, and neither the consumer, nor the cleaning company will be happy.
We offer value and utility. Value doesn’t mean cheap, it does imply monetary worth, and anything of “real” value should come at a fair and reasonable cost. Sure, there are companies that will do it cheaper, but how often will you come home to unsatisfactory service, how many repeat visits will the company have to make, how many times will you throw away money and never get the service you want? Clean N’ Green wants to simplify your life, allow you to spend the limited free time you get with your family, and be happy with the service you receive the first time.
